I want to pickup my ticket at the station in Shenzhen Rail StationAre there English speaking windows? Is train number and track and time in English on departure board?Thanks

Usually there isn't any English speaking windows in Chinese railway stations, and the departure board in Shenzhen Railway Station is just shown in Chinese. You may need to ask the stuff where to take the train after security check. Shenzhen Station is an old railway station, so the place to take the train is shown in Chinese characters on the departure board, not in track numbers.
