I am expected to arrive to Shuangliu airport (terminal 2) at 19:20 local time. I need to get to Mianyang afterwards. Will I be able to catch a bus to Mianynag? Where do I buy the ticket and how do I get to the bus stationat Shuangliu?

Yes, direct buses are available to Mianyang at the airport and the last leaves at 21:00. Once a bus has all seated taken, there will be another bus. So you can surely catch one with 19:20 arrival. After landing, follow the guiding signs to the Airport Long-distance Bus Station, where you can get a ticket at the counter, then get on bus.
