Can i enter on Shuangliu and leave from Tianfu? in: BUD - PEK - CTU , out: TFU - KMI

Yes, but the scheduled arrivial time in Beijing to scheduled departure time from Chengdu should be less than 24 hours. Otherwise, you will need a visa.
