Recommend a Hotel in shanghai

1) Pls recommend me 3-4stars Hotel near The Bund, Oriental Pearl Tower, Huangpu River and also close to metro station.
2) Is The Bund, Oriental Pearl Tower, Huangpu River is the same place which all near by?
3) Where will be the New year eve 2018 countdown eve area? Im going there for countdown celebration. Would like to book Hotel which near by, because bring along with 2 kids, after countdown can go back hotel and rest with walking distance, kindly recommend.
