Does the tourist bus from Dongzhimen Outside to Gubei Water Town operates in Winter?

I am planning to go end of Dec. Will the tourist bus bound from Dongzhimen Outside operates during winter? Thank you!

Yes, as I know, it is in service all the year round; however, only at weekends.
