About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Does lay over country count?

I have a flight from Japan to Beijing with a layover in Seoul. Does this count as a flight in from Japan or Seoul?
This maters as our final flight will be from Beijing to Seoul.

You won't be eligible because that counts as a flight from Seoul.
