About:Embassy & Consulates of Cuba in China

Visa to cuba for iranian passport holder in China

Hello dears
I am iranian and i would like to go to cuba ? I live china. Can i get a visa from shanghai general consulate?
Another question is how can i arrange flight to cuba from china? There is any direct way?
