Chinese Visa for Mexican Citizen

Hello, I am a student from Mexico currently living in South Korea, my ARC appointment is for October 10th and I bought a flight to Guangzhou on the 24th of October, is that enough time from the 10th to the 24th to apply for my Chinese visa? I only need one entry.
