About:Hong Kong Airport Express Travel Pass

1 way HK airport Express travel pass

Hi, HK$50 can be refunded for the airport express travel pass. However, I'm traveling from HKIA -> HK -> Macau -> HKIA. Will be taking the cotai ferry from Macau straight to HKIA. How do i get a refund from the airport express customer service center then?

If you take the ferry directly to HKIA, you will directly head to the boarding gate, no need to check in and go through the immigration. Then there is no way to get back the refund, because the Customer Service is outside the restricted area.
