Is there a daily Yangtze River cruise that starts and ends in Chongqing?

Yes, there are. You can purchase the tickets at Chaotianmen Wharf. The cruise will start from Chaotianmen Wharf and come back to Chaotianmen Bridge. After arriving, you can consult the staff about the detailed touring route. :)
