Chinese national holiday week: Thai Citizen - apply Chinese Visa in Seoul

Hi, I'm in Seoul until Tue. Oct 3 before fly back to Thailand. Have to fly to China on Mon. Oct 9

Just realized that it will be Chinese national holiday the whole week next week (1-8 Oct) and won't be able to apply entry permit in time in Thailand.

Can I apply a Chinese tourist L on Thu. Sep 28? If yes, How? what are the requirement?

Thanks very much

Sutinee, If possible, you are not advised to do that in South Korea because it is difficult to get a visa in there if you don’t have ARC Card. You can make the application from the CVASC in Thai and apply for express service, you need to provide a filled-out application form affixed with a passport-style photo, your passport and its photocopy, round trip air tickets and hotel reservation. Then submit it to the CVASC.
