You can take metro line 1 from Wangfujing Station to Fuxingmen Station and transfer to metro line 2 to Jishuitan Station, Exit C. Then walk east along 780 meters to get to Deshengmen Bus Stop. The duration is around an hour and the ticket fare is CNY 12 per person. The drop-off site is close to the pulley car lower station and about 10 minutes' walk to the entrance. :)
