You are suggested to take bus 25X at Tap Siac Stadium bus stop, which is about 200 meters northwest to you, and then get off at Estrada da Baia de Nossa Senhora da Esperanca. After that, you will see your hotel.

I have a better idea. You can from ur hotel to Hotel Sintra where you may get on the free shuttle bus of City of Dreams. Get off at the terminal station and you can see the Venetian at the opposite.
