73 hours in Beijing - am I eligible for a 72 hour visa?

I land in Beijing at 1115 on the 12th November and fly out at 1210 on the 15th November. This is just over 72 hours. I have tried to contact the airport immigration as suggested but they don't speak English - is there someone I can email/call that might be able to answer my question?

In your case, you need to apply for an L-visa or G-visa in advance.
