Travelling to Kunming via Shanghai Pudong & Hongqiao. Pudong-Hongqiao shuttle bus charges any fare?

I will travel from San Francisco. Does Pudong-Hongqiao shuttle bus charge any fare for transfer of international passengers? If so, do they accept US dollars and how much would be the fare for such shuttle bus service or for transfer of passengers from one airport to other?
