Weather in China in May

I am thinking of travelling to China to visit Beijing, Shanghai, and a Yangtze River Cruise in May - what will the weather be like then or would March be a better time to visit?

Hello, I prefer to tour around in May because of the warm and comfortable weather.
During that period of time, the temperature in Beijing, Shanghai and Yangtze River Area may range from 16C to 30C, 19C to 27C and 19C to 28C respectively. The weather conditions are good for sightseeing. About the clothes, you are advised to prepare T-shirts, long sleeved shirts, jackets, jeans and sneakers. Have a nice journey!
