I want to check for the date for my pick up form but the website given to me is not responding

As far as I know, after you submit the application to the China embassy, the consular officer will give you a pick-up slip to get the passport and visa. You can call the embassy to ask about that. TEL: 00234-9-4618661/2/4,00234-9-9044182
