Visa requirement while Transit & Day Tour on NZ Passport

Hi Dear

We are Travelling from Auckland to Shanghai on 15/11/2017 and stay 12 hours while FlY to India.
On return Delhi to Shanghai 16/12/2017 Stay 14 hours while FLY Back to Auckland.
Do we required any entry permit on Transit or visiting Shanghai for Day tour?
Please confirm.

Viren, you will qualify for the 24 hour direct transit in Shanghai in both ways. You need to apply for a free temporary stay permit at the immigration office inside the airport, then you can leave there for day tours. Nice trip!
