processing timeline for chinese work permit

Question

HI,could take you please confirm that how long will it  take to get my z visa. i have 6+years of IT experience and the city is shanghai..my employer is doing all formalities, like i have done with my certificate legalization stuffs, just want to know the  timeline in detail, plz help if you can.

Hi, as I know, it usually takes 15 working days to get the alien employment permit. After get the work permit, you can apply for the work Z type in your home country, and it will take four working days to process the application.
