great wall only

hi,

i just want to visit the great wall, planned for october 11. not sure if this simatai section is a good idea now there are probably so many tourists in the area. my main reason for a visit is photography.
Please advise.

It can be a good idea to visit during that time. As the National Day Holiday just passed, there won't be many tourists. Therefore, you will have a good experience with photography there.
