Yes, you could change your career even now, as transiting Uranus is in your 10th House of Career for the next 2 years. Next year (in 12 months from now) transiting Saturn will enter your 7th House of Marriage, so there is big chance for you to get married, or you will like to get married, but won’t be able to find anyone suitable.
