About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Would the free night visa apply for me?

My daughters and I will be traveling to S.Korea with a layover in Shanghai. Would the free transit apply for the three of us and if so where would I start to get the free pass before we leave?

Hi, you can enjoy 144 hr free transit in Shanghai. When board the flight in USA, you need to inform the airlines that you want to use the 144 hour free transit in Shanghai. After arriving at Shanghai airport, you can go to the transit counter to apply for the 144 hour free transit.
