How to get a working Z for Xinjiang?

I am from the Philippines and I am offered from a friend of mine of a job to teach ESL in Xinjian Yili. My husband and my son,6 months old, are planning to go but we have no idea about how to get the visa. Help anyone? Thank you

You can apply for a work Z type, and your husband and son can apply for S type for that. First, provide a filled-out application form affixed with 2 passport-style photos, passport and its photocopy, alien work permit(your friend can get it for you to apply for the Z type), bank statement, tax certificate, identity card, as well as other documents the consular officers consider necessary. Next, submit the application to the Chinese embassy.
