Hi Fabian, all good and want to leave a little update. It was Chongning Road 56. Second floor. Compared to Shanghai it is very small, almost no waiting time, no English signs but the agent could speak English. Waiting number was given to me after stumbling Chinese explanation. Had all relevant papers and it worked smooth. They seem to be very particular about the invitation letter text in Chinese - where I will life for how long - need to be in same as my temporary registration from police and be precise with explanation. Also my latest Visa number need to be registered with the police station or they will not accept (they will check in the system). Another difficulty was that we life in Shanghai and not in Wuxi (wife Hukou from Wuxi). Lucky I had a friendly agent. Another matter, I was working previously, she wanted to have the cancelation of the work permit which I lucky had with me. Things I prepared for Q type, 1 year, cost 800rmb.
- My passport
- My passport copy
- My China entry chop copy
- My China entry Visa copy
- My China humanitarian Visa Copy (was received 2 weeks earlier, latest visa)
- Application form filled
- 2 inch Picture for application
- unemployment letter copy (original cancelation of work permit)
- temporary registration from police (they took the original in Wuxi, in Shanghai they take the copy)
- Health certificate, not older then 6 month copy
- Wife ID
- Wife ID copy (front and back side)
- Marriage certificat (red book)
- Marriage certificate copy
- invitation letter (Chinese, I had English too)
- 800rmb for 1 year visa paid after confirmation of application
If forget a copy, counter 4 on ground floor makes them for 1rmb the pcs.
Thanks for your help.
