About:Chinese Consulate in Sydney

Renew HKSAR Passport in Sydney

Can I make application to renew my HKSAR passport while I am in Sydney on student visa? If yes, can I collect the new passport in Sydney rather than traveling back to Hong Kong or traveling to Canberra?

Yes, you can make the application at the consulate general of China in Sydney. After it is ready, you can collect the new passport in Sydney directly, instead of traveling back to HK or go to Canberra for that.
