As I know, there is no direct bus, so you are suggested to take a bus to Nantong first, and the buses leave at 16:40, 17:45 and 19:20, which take about 3 hours and CNY100. After arrival, you can only take a taxi to your hotel, since there is no bus at that time, and the taix may takes CNY200-220.
