About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Connecting flight to Seoul

I'm a Philippine passport holder transiting thru Beijing Capital with AirChina. My flight is Singapore > Beijing > Seoul. I have 7 hours layover. I just want to confirm if 24-hour free transit is still valid, or has the policy become stricter?

It is still valid in Beijing. Right now the only confirmed change is in Guangzhou where passengers are no longer allowed to leave the airport.
