About:China Visa Renewal and Extension

My husband is in China who gives me admission letter.

Uni letter as well.I got all documents.just he will got his resident permit in one month.he want to invite me and my child as soon as possible.can I use the collection receipts of resident permit to apply visa for us?

Hi, you are advised to apply for your visa after your husband get the residence because copy of his residence permit is required by the embassy.
