About:Shanghai Public Transportation Card

Which Transportation Card should I Buy in Shanghai?

Hello, I'll stay there for about five days,
1. should i buy two three-day pass for 90 CNY or buy public transportation card for 100 CNY?
2. Does the refund of public transportation card also include the deposit money?
