Take bus 26 A from Yin Prince Street, which is about 300 meters south to Senado Square. And then you should get off at Rua Da Bala De Nossa Senhore Da Esperanca/ Hongshulin Station. Then walk west for 2 minutes and turn left, walk south for 2 minutes, you will get there.

Hi, you may try this way:
walk to Hotel Sintra and take the free shuttle bus of City of Dream to the terminal station. Then the Venetian is right at the opposite.

Glad to share some experience:
To Mazu Temple: bus 1, 2, 6B, 10, 10A, 11, and MT4 can take you there.
To Ruins of St Paul: bus 17 to Xinsheng Street and then walk southwest for 3 minutes.
To Senado Square: bus 3,3X, 4, 8A or 18A to Xinmalu.
To Macau Tower: bus 9A, 18 and 23.
To Fisherman’s Wharf: bus 3A, 10A, or 12 to Sunyixian Avenue.
To the Venetian: bus 25X, 26A, 35 or MT1 to Wangde Shengmuwan Rd.

It’s not suggested, since you still need to take another public bus to get there. You can take bus 26A straight there.
