Can I get pre arrival registration down in Hong Kong airport?

My pre arrival registration has been unsuccessful so can I get down in Hong Kong airport and can I go to Macau directly without pre arrival registration, please reply, I am Indian citizenship

No, you cannot do that upon arrival at the airport of HK. You need to make the pre arrival registration before your trip. Otherwise, you will probably be denied when boarding.
