What is the best shuttle bus to use that is the nearest to Xian Citadines Apartment hotel?

Do you refer to the branch on Zhubashi Road? If so, I suggest you take shuttle bus Railway Station Line and get off at Longhai Hotel. It takes 60-70min and 25RMB. Then change to a taxi to the hotel within 5min at a cost of CNY10.
