Hi, you need to notarized the certificate at the Chinese embassy in Philippines. Maybe they need to be translated into mandarin, and you can inquire the consular officers about that.

If you are getting married here, first request for your birth cert and CENOMAR from Phil, have then authenticated at DFA then bring them to Phil Embassy, either in BJ or Guangzhou. It will take 2 to 3 weeks, once you've received them, have them translates to Mandarin. Also, you need to have a certificate of eligibility, saying that you are from phil with your passport number, marrying your partner from his country and same info. Have them stamped at the embassy. Better prepare all of them when u go to the embassy to save time and money.
