From your hotel to Ciqikou, you are suggested to take metro line 1 directly there. By the way, just walk southeast along Zourong Rd for 2 minutes to Xinhua Rd, walk east for 3 minutes, you will get to the station of line 1.
As for Hongya Caves, you can take a taxi there, since it’s only 2.5km far.
To Huayan Temple, walk southwest along Minquan Rd for 5 minutes to Xiaomishi Bus Station, take bus 871 and transfer to bus 843 at Xinqiao Zhengjie, and get off at Huayan Temple.
To eighteen stairs, take a taxi there, which may take CNY10-20 and 10 minutes.
As for Dazu, you need to take a taxi to South Square Bus Station of North Railway Station first, from where you can take the regular bus to Dazu, which takes CNY44 and 1h 40 minutes.
To Suining, you can also take a regular bus from the bus station above. After you get to Suining, you can take a taxi to the temple.
