Processing time for travel visa and travel document for China?

My husband is Chinese who has working entry permit in USA.
I apply for Q2 travel entry permit for me and travel document for my baby.

I've seen express process needs 2~3 business days.
Then If I apply for it on Monday, when I could get them? Tuesday or Wednesday ?
If I apply for normal process, I could get them on Thursday?

and anybody knows how long days would be take in LA embassy for express processing?
Because we have take day offs to the office.
