age restriction for the bamboo raft

Is there an age restriction to ride the bamboo raft?  My mom is 78 years old and I read somewhere that people over age 70 are not allowed.  Thanks.

I heard people over 70 years old cannot take that for sake of safety. To enjoy the Li River scenery, you can take your mom to experience the Li River cruise from Guilin to Yangshuo.
