Flying from London to China. Do I need to get a visa or can I use 72 hr free transit?

Hi there, I want to go to China next year it will be for 3 days, I'm Portuguese. After China (Guangzhou) I go to Thailand, thank you in advance.

I get it. Your route will be London - Guangzhou - Thailand. Then it is qualified for the 72h visa-free transit. You don't need to apply for a visa in advance.
