Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport to South Railway Station on a late weeknight

I'll be arriving at Baiyun International Airport at about 9:30PM. Was wondering how I'll be able to get to South Railway Station from there if I leave the airport by 10:30PM or 11PM. Help re: ticket fares, please? And if there's a bus alternative to taking the metro or a taxi. Thanks.
