INFO ABOUT Z TYPE

Hi, I have Z type from my previous company which is going to be expired on 28th of sept, 2017, My new company applied for my entry permit (uploaded all necessary documents on the Chinese government system), but until and unless my previous entry permit is not cancelled, my new company cannot apply for my new Z type. My query is
1- What if my new company apply for my Z after previous visa is expired while i stay in China. (I am in China right now)
2- Do i have to go back to my country and apply from the beginning?
3- Do i have to take the documents like
1- Invitation Letter from Chinese Ministry
2- Invitation Letter from the company and
3- Company Trade Licence
I have my medical reports also which i got from China, my character certificate from my country, my educational and experience documents all are complete and uploaded on the chinese government system. Whats next.
Help please.
