Applying for Chinese visa in Singapore

Hi,

My mother is visiting me in Singapore. We are planning for a quick getaway (72 hours) to Chengdu and Chong Quing. My mother is on Indian Passport and we hold New Zealand passport (PRs of Singapore), can we apply for entry permit at Chinese embassy in Singapore for my mother or she should have got that from Chinese embassy in India?

If your mother doesn’t have Singapore residence permit, she cannot apply in Singapore.
Besides, if you will transit in both Chengdu and Chongqing, you need to apply for a transit G type as well.
