MTR is a good way to go. Walk from the hotel to East Tsim Sha Tsui Station and take West Rail Line to Nam Cheong. Then change to Tung Chung Line and get off at Tung Chung Station. Leave from exit B and walk to the cable car station to take the cable up to the mountaintop. After that, walk 5min to the Buddha.
