Taxi to the airport from Wulingyuan

Hello to all,
I have a plane at 8:40 am, the airline has actually changed a schedule and the plane flies earlier.. I am wondering if it's easy to get a taxi from WLY that early (I believe i have to be ar the airport anody 6:40) how long does it take and how much it could cost..
