I have a Mexican passport but I'm a legal us permanent resident green card holder, do I need an entry permit? if I buy a ticket from 6th to 8th For Beijing then going to Thailand? Thank you for your time!

You can use 72/144 hour transit on the strength of Mexican passport alone if you meet the requirements. The US Green Card you have is irrelevant when outside the Americas.
