About:China Private Visit Visa

Visa type for my children

Hello, I'm living in China have the working and resident permit. I' divorced and my children are living in France with their Mum. I would like to invite them several times to come to China. Could they follow my work Z or which type do I need to apply? Thanks very much for your help!

Hi, your children can apply for an S type for that. Their Mum can apply for tourist L type.

The duration may be 30 days, 60 days or even 90 days. The consular officers will give you proper period based on the actual days and entries you need.
