About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

London to Beijing with connecting Flight in Hong Kong.

HI, I'm flying to Beijing from London. However I have a connecting flight in Hong Kong on the route - no stop over just changing planes. I then fly back to Hong Kong for a 1 week stay.

I'm in Beijing for less than 72 hours. Can I still use the 72 hour free transit with the connecting flight above?

Thanks for your help.

Tom, if you will travel like London-HK-Beijing-HK, you cannot use the 72 hour free transit in Beijing because HK-Beijing-HK is not a transit.
