About:Beijing Transportation Smart Card

Can Beijing Transportation Smart Card be used on airport shuttle Bus(do we get 50% discount for it)?

No, the card cannot be used to pay for the shuttle buses. You have to buy tickets at the ticket window in airport and get on bus then.
