144 hour visa available now also at Guangzhou airport??

When I read the information on top this page, I see that the visa free transit for a period of 144 hours is not officially implemented for Guangzhou airport. But on this same page I little lower I read that already 3 airports in the Guangdong province can issue the 144 hour free transit. This is including Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Jieyang.
So what is correct at this moment?
I checked also some other websites, they all mention a visa free transit for 72 hours and only a few mention a 144 hours visa free transit.
