Hello, is it easy to get a taxi from HIE Dongzhimen to Capital Airport during morning time at 7AM?

Because my flight is at 10AM at Terminal 3.

Don't worry! It is easy to take a taxi there in the early morning. If you have many luggages, you can even ask your hotel to book one in advance.
