About:Shanghai Travel

I am arriving in Shanghai on Oct 13th at 7:05 and leaving on Oct 19th at 23:35.

I am not sure if it is enough for me to apply for a 144h visa? When does the visa start? I read the day after the arrival date at 00:00? So, if I look at my dates, it is exactly 6 days... Can somebody confirm please?

Congratulations! Your case suits the 144h visa-free transit with exact 6 days' stay. It is correct that they will start to count from 00:00 the next day of your arrival.
