what is the quickest and cheapest way to get to Harbour Plaza hotel north pier?

Upon landing, you are advised to take bus no.A12 from Ground Transportation Centre to Model Housing Estate, King's Road. It takes around 75mins on the way. The ticket fare is 45HKD per person. Then walk east around 50 mins to find the hotel.
